Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you total command over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward emails from one e-mail account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just choose the email account you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
